Rhubarb. it can make or break a beer. For example, with Cantillon Nath, i personally think the aroma of sulphur is way too strong.
Cuvee Sofie is already a well balanced sour ale, by adding these Belgian handpicked Rhubarb, it gives a nice extra complexity. but not over the top. The sulphur is light, its more floral, with nice oakiness from the foeder.

一如既往的追随每一款奥文和产品。这款有很浓的葡萄酒桶风味。一点点的野菌,酵母味。能感受到一丝的酒精度,但是很快就被桶味压制了。酸甜适中

香味:苹果 酸桃 单宁 木料 乳酸
颜色和泡沫:清澈暗金色 泡沫不持久
口感:入口酒体适中 杀口感偏弱 青苹果和桃子 的味道为主 偏清爽 酸甜适度 随后会浮现些许的辛辣感和丹宁感 中段青苹果和酸桃味为主 清爽之余 桶味的表现也恰到好处 末端酸味之余有几分果脯味出现 收口酸甜 轻微单宁涩 果脯 酸果 木料 乳酸味留口
感受:酸甜味和桶味融合的挺好的 又维持了整体的清爽易饮

泡沫丰富,酒体黄褐色浑浊,闻着是水果兰比克的野菌酸味,入口酸味之余有比较明显的类似红酒桶的桶陈味道,回一点点小涩口,收口时舌头两侧返水果酸味,暖喉感很重,酒精度不低,非常不错的过桶兰比克,口感非常的好。

乳酸、野菌、奶油、话梅气息,乍一闻有点像药剂师,不过香气清淡了很多,泡沫少不持久,入口酒体绵软,杀口感弱,喝着感觉少许差了点,乳酸、野菌味,然后中间一下子就空了,一直到后段收口才返上来一点柠檬皮和奶油话梅味,总体还可以吧!
