深黑红色不透明外观，对光略透明，很像红酒色泽。无泡沫。闻香一开始是木头香气，蜂蜜，果脯，莓果香甜气息，猛吸气的后段是浓烈花香，油菜花，洋槐花的感觉。香气真是太复杂了。酒体偏厚，但黏稠度不是很高。入口是明显的蜜甜，以及莓果的微酸，很优雅的平衡感，甜感并未达到腻的程度，可以轻松应对。

这一个就还是比较偏向正常理解的蜂蜜酒
刚入口非常高的甜度 带着深色水果的熟悉风味
然后是蜂蜜的甜度和不少的酒精感
不过相对还是比较柔和的
