Never having heard of GOSE style beer, this was a real surprise. Def has the highly lemon notes that hit you on first sip. The slight salt of this style is not unpleasant, and quite refreshing. The beautiful cloudy pale straw color was attractive. An infinantely more appealing, version of a shandy! While I won't order this again, as it isn't my style of beer, I think anyone who wants a fresh, citrus, smooth beer with no hints of bitterness will really enjoy this. It was light and I think the citrus will cut through fried or greasy foods well, as well as pair well with a salad or even fish! (something not commonly said about beer.)

问：刚开罐的时候有一股芹菜的味，但是这种味会消散，消散后是柠檬的香味，香气不浓也不淡。
观：酒体呈金色中度酒体，混浊，泡沫多但是不持久。
品：因为在和帝都海盐之前没喝其他的酒，第一口感觉巨酸（柠檬的酸）和一点的咸味，这款帝都海盐要慢慢喝，要是喝的频率快会感觉有点苦涩，总体来说感觉像喝果汁，没有多少酒精的味道。

淡黄色酒液，微微混浊。香气清新，微酸类似菠萝，入口顺滑，杀口感中等。酸度适中毫无压力，中段酒花味道凸显，酒精度掩饰的极好。感受不错！推荐！

感觉挺标准的国产产品，比较复合国人口味，接受度高，易推广，有助于精酿啤酒的推广助力，风味，余韵也很不错
