Look: Slightly cloudy golden(not clear, not hazy), nice lacing
Aroma: wheat crackers, citrus, mango, caramel malt. It says passionfruit is one of the big player here, but I did not find it out. Not a fresh IPA I got maybe, date on the bottom says Oct.13, 2019.
Taste: Tastes initially of the sweetness of caramel malt, wheat crackers, mango, citrus, maybe a hint of pine, not so fruity. Finishes with a slightly bitter melon note and too much bready sweetness, which I’m not so fond of.
Body/Overall: Medium body, easy drinking. However, it is not my favorite IPA. Perhaps a bit too heavy on the grainy malt and too sticky mouthfeel for my personal taste.

这次来一瓶过期半年的酒花公路，IPA应该问题不大吧，祈祷自己不拉肚。
开瓶大量气泡，稍微倒一点酒，气泡遍涌出来了，可能和时间过长有关，气泡洁白但粗糙，非常持久，爆裂速度很慢。
淡橘黄色略浑浊酒体，典型的IPA配色。
浓烈的柑橘香和热带水果的味道，味道非常凌厉，沁人心脾。
入口比较圆润，开始便是麦香，混杂着略微热带水果味道，非常舒服，完全不杀口，喉咙也很少刺激感，完全没有15°酒精的感觉。咽下后，一阵苦味充斥在口中，接着，便是厚重的麦香在回味。
并不是特别浓烈的IPA，虽然风格明显，但是苦度相随适中，让人比较容易接受。

观感：
酒标仍然是那只标志性打着嗝的海狸，不过这次带一只非常西部牛仔风的帽子，左手紧握着啤酒，右手则拿着对于IPA最核心的原料—麦芽与啤酒花。
酒液呈清澈的金黄色，泡沫非常丰富且比较绵密，大概三指，消散速度也比较慢。
香气：
开瓶便会闻到丰富的香气，柑橘、柚子的味道占据主导，还夹带了些许松针的味道。可能由于我这瓶日期并不是非常新鲜，导致啤酒花的香气有了相当一部分的削弱，毕竟PA类的啤酒喝的就是个新鲜。
味道：
这款酒味道变化的处理的非常柔和，杀口感适中。味道是比较典型的西海岸IPA的风格，入口后柚子的味道在口腔中首先炸裂开来，柑橘的味道则一定程度上被削弱了。
紧接着便可以感受到非常明显IPA典型的酒花苦味，酒精感被压制的非常好，而松针的味道作为陪衬，一直贯穿始终。
尾段收口口感会比较干，而且整体味道消失也比较干脆，符合IPA清爽的特点。
总结：
总体来说这款IPA各方面表现上都十分平衡，尤其对于我这样一个对酒花苦味耐受度不高的人来说都会觉得非常的易饮，对于初尝IPA的新手来说就更没问题了。
我这瓶的日期并不好，不知道会不会在酒花感和苦味的感受上较本身的味道有偏差。不过听说这款酒准备停产了，可能以后也没有机会去感受更新鲜的酒花高速公路IPA了。

美国 打嗝海狸 酒花公路
风格：美式IPA 酒精度：7.3% 苦度：65IBU
外观：透明的金黄色，泡沫洁白细腻，非常持久，酒头厚。
香气：柑橘，松针，树脂，热带水果味道。麦芽香味中等，酒精味道几乎没有。
口感：中度酒体，杀口感弱。细腻顺滑，没有酒花涩口感。
味道：浓郁的酒花味道，柑橘，松针，树脂，花香热带水果味道。麦芽强度中等，有轻微的焦糖味道和淡淡的酵母果香味。收口较干，回味微苦，酒花苦味中等，留口不久。
感受：中规中矩的一款美式IPA，苦味和甜味中和的比较好，想喝很久了终于打卡，还是很喜欢打嗝海狸这个酒厂的。

可能是日期的原因，感觉没有夏天的时候好喝了。喝多了浑浊，换个西海岸感觉更加清爽。青草的芳香仍旧令人陶醉，但入口的味道层次明显没有夏天喝的那个批次饱满，酒精度隐藏的也没那么好，幸亏收口的回甘还保持了一定水准。看来IPA的日期确实是决定一款酒水平的重要因素！

如果有机会尝到新鲜的酒花公路还是很期待的
