this 2016-2017 last batch has some organic honey being used in the process, other ones dont have. By far the best Oude Geuze out there. lovely quirky, citrusy aroma. lots of hay, funk, medium sour. Glad to have loads of bottles ! Thanks Armand, for keeping creating these products.
small advice to Chinese : 3f does NOT export to China. so bottles in China can be stored in poor conditions 😊

心心念念的三泉，酒体呈深黄色。香槟什么的，颜色上来说重的多吧。开瓶气体感还是很足的，泡沫不丰富不持久。瓶子底还是比较浑浊的，底子真可以沾饺子了。到也不是酸倒牙那种，来的很舒服也比较有层次感。大瓶两人喝起来还是压力挺大的，冬天喝用来醒酒不错，夏天喝这个真的太舒服。夏天再入一手看怎么说，好产品强推。

三泉 老贵兹 （香槟 阿尔芒和盖斯顿））
3 fonteinen oude geuze（Cuvée Armand & Gaston）750ml 瓶装
色 淡淡的琥珀色 略有浑浊 米色泡沫丰富 持续时间长 挂壁持久
香 谷仓味 皮革味 马味 木头味 苹果和柑橘的酸味
口感 酒体中等偏轻 杀口感偏弱 无酒精温暖感
味 入口野菌那种特有的带点发霉的酸甜味，苹果酸 柑橘味 然后是那种木桶味 收口干 余味偏酸略带一点点苦
总评 这支贵兹因为酿造的时间不长，所以相比于之前喝的那款老贵兹来说要稍微甜一些，也没有那么酸，易饮性强了不少，但是兰比克的风味依然非常明显，非常平衡的一款贵兹。

外观：金棕色酒体略浑浊，米色酒头丰厚细腻，很快消散成薄而稳定的一层，挂杯消散快。
气味：霉香、果酸香
口味：入口清爽，酒体偏轻，杀口感强，气泡感很像香槟，酸度强劲干脆，收口微有苦度和油脂感，霉香贯彻始终。
总之，非常好喝的年轻兰比克。
