When I met Reberg beer for the first time, I misunderstood Reberg as the fake beer of Paulaner which is a famous German bräuhaus in Shanghai because the Chinese name, 莱宝 of Reberg is a back and forth replaced writing of the first two letters, 宝莱 of the Chinese name 宝莱纳 of Paulaner. It similarly looks as if the English name, Reeb of 力波啤酒 is the backward writing of "BEER". But at my first sip of Reberg pilsner, I suddnly realized I drunk a real craft beer not a fake beer. This beer is faithful to the basics of pilsner, bright golden color, properly carbonated, good malty flavor, delicate hop scent. I think this Reberg pilsner may widely be accepted by beer geeks. I recommend this beer. Cheers!
