Taste: Ripe citrus fruits, red fruits, malt, vinegar and barnyard funk with sweet spices and wood. There were minerals looming, as well as some bready notes and oxidation. Mellow sweetness balanced with delicate yet mouthwatering acidity. Tart and slight bitter citrusy vinegary finish with hints of wood.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, light carbonated. Slight oily texture with creamy smooth mouthfeel.

Overall: Opend twelve years after bottled, just at it's peak. Balanced, complex, rounded and dangerously easy drinking. Splendid. This is something that I would never shared with others, for I guzzled the whole bottle quickly. It should be noted that the beer oxidized very fast after open(even recorked), if you took small sips or even left some in the bottle till the next day, you would find it dead then.
装瓶12年后打开,状态正值巅峰。平衡、复杂、圆润的同时又惊人的易饮。棒极了!我才不会和别人一起组局分享这款酒,因为一整瓶很快就大口干掉了。但需要注意的是这酒开瓶后氧化速度超快(哪怕你把瓶子重新塞上也一样),如果你想慢慢喝甚至留半瓶到第二天,那就玩脱了。
